My login will work only on some mozilla pages, I've triend the email, and the username. When I click password reset, it never comes.
Please ask first before pushing a password reset from your end.

Such e-mail is always sent to the address on file with the website.
Check your user profile at the site.
Go to the top of any support.mozilla.org web page and press your username to see your Mozilla profile. Including your questions and answers.
Mozilla is divided into several separate subsites. Firefox support, add-ons, bug reporting, and others. Each has its own user profiles.

Having more than one version of a program may cause issues.
You must remove the older programs. Then get the current full installer.

Then reinstall the latest version.
Note: Windows users should download the active_x for Internet Explorer. and the plugin for Plugin-based browsers (like Firefox).
Note: Windows 8 and Windows 10 have built-in flash players and Adobe will cause a conflict. Install the plugin only. Not the active_x.
