How do I get the yellow padlock to turn green again on a mac?
Office365.com Connection is not secure. I am on a Mac. How do I get it fixed?

If you're viewing an email message with linked or embedded images, that could explain it, but if you're viewing Microsoft content or your own documents, then that would be rather strange.
To see whether this could be a glitch in Firefox's cache, could you try reloading the page bypassing the cache using Command+Shift+r. Any difference?

Yes I have a gray lock with the yellow yield. I think I misspoke on that. I tried the command+shift+r and it turned it to green but as soon as I opened an email it turned back to yellow. I wonder if it is something with Microsoft 365?
It could be an issue with something in the email. One way to figure out what kind of "mixed content" exists in a page is to open Firefox's Browser Console in a separate window. You can open it either:
- Command+Shift+j (Windows: Ctrl+Shift+j)
- "3-bar" menu button > Developer > Browser Console
- Tools menu > Web Developer > Browser Console
I suggest resizing that console window smaller, clicking the Clear button to flush its current contents, and typing mix in the search box at the upper right as a filter. Then when you load a page and get the warning lock, you can switch over and see what content Firefox is identifying as mixed content. My guess would be an image (.jpg, .gif, .png) in an email, but that's just a guess.
