hi, it turns out that the site doesn't provide a complete certificate chain, so it might fail in firefox: https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=mail.francemm.com&hideResults=on please report that to the support/webmaster of that site for them to fix that issue in general.

in order to just solve it for yourself and install the missing intermediate certificate, go to https://support.globalsign.com/customer/portal/articles/1219303-organizationssl-intermediate-certificates and below the

GlobalSign Organization Validation CA - G2 SHA1 • RSA • 2048
section click on Download (Binary/DER Encoded) and click Ok in the dialog that shows up. Read this answer in context 👍 1
