I have recently been to Germany for 10 days. When I came back I found my pc had unfortunately completely died. I am temporarily using my fiance's computer and set myself up a user account (Windows 10). I signed in to my Firefox account only to find none of my information there. No picture, bookmarks etc. Is this due to me being linked to my old pc still? And if so, how might I go about remedying the situation?

Any other info needed please ask

Thanks in advance

HI ovenprooftripod , Actively syncing bookmarks will sync to newly attached computers. Do you have a back up of the computer or is it still accessible?

Currently Firefox Accounts is not a reliable back up.

The computer is not accessible at all. It appears my motherboard has blown. Looks like I have lost my bookmarks then =( Oh well

I am sorry to hear this, for future incidents I might recommend these back u/sync features around restoration when all else fails. (However I cannot gaurantee them because they are third party)

If you have any other questions about this I am happy to help.

If the hard drive is still healthy then it might be possible to build the hard drive in an enclosure that allows access the drive via an USB port.
