Firefox crashes when I open pages like Youtube or even the mozilla crash reports site inflicted a crash. I deactivated all addons, reinstalled FF, did a Virusscan...no effect. That was the las Crash Report ID:

hello, could you go to the firefox menu ≡ > help ? > troubleshooting information, copy a couple of more recent reports on that page and paste them here into a reply on the forum?

the one you have mentioned is "just" a crash with the flash plugin - i'm not sure if this is responsible for all the issues you've mentioned. however, you should update your plugins as well.

I did all the changes....Firefox is still crashing. Sorry for the delay but terms end was keeping me busy.

Oddly enough, there are no new crash reports listed...even when it crashed today several times.

How do you know Firefox crashed? Could it have been shut down?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>

key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?
