Can a recent update to Firefox prevent me from viewing my online bank statement? I never had this problem until July 4th.

The problem began July 4th when I clicked on the link to login to my online bank account, as well as my identity theft login. The pages are blank. The tab reads mail...LhFD710hmPg. I now have to go to Internet Explorer to complete this function. I never encountered this problem.

When I receive job updates from Indeed and click on the job title to read more of the description, the page is blank.

When I returned to use the computer later in the afternoon and log in to some of the blank webpages, the problem seemed to correct itself.

Thanks for replying.

I will keep these sites for future use.
