I paused a 58.9 GB download and I cant resume it, Is the resume button broken? I have pressed it multiple times, I right click the download and click resume but nothing happens. Can someone tell me how to resolve this?

One work around I have seen is this:

  1. Look for the .part file of the large download.
  2. Move this to another folder temporarily
  3. Click the download link one more time from the original download
  4. Wait a few seconds for it to begin downloading
  5. Replace the moved part file to the downloads folder to replace the current download and it should begin from where it left off.

It does not always work and a back up of the partial download may only be helpful in this situation.
