So our software is getting constantly flagged for being dangerous but its behind a password login and its completely clean. Our customers are freaking out and wonder if it really is safe. Is there a way to submit the program and the name to not be flagged that way?

Are those files hosted on the same server or on a different server?

What do you see if you paste the URL of such a download in the location/address bar?
