Which program are you using to print the PDF? Generally speaking, Adobe products have the broadest compatibility, so Adobe Reader probably is your best bet.

I noticed your Adobe Acrobat plugin is an older version. Inside Adobe Reader, I suggest using the Help menu and then Check for Updates to make sure that you have the latest fixes for your version.
