I have tried to find it in programs to delete, no luck. I don't really trust what comes up online as a tool, it might be the company itself hiding behind "help"....at this point I am a little paranoid :) I was invaded by all sorts of junk this AM.

Some added toolbar and anti-virus add-ons are known to cause Firefox issues. Disable All of them.

Having more than one version of a program may cause issues.
Grab the uninstaller from here: Uninstall Flash Player | Windows Uninstall Flash Player | Mac Then reinstall the latest version.

Some software isn't kind enough to list an uninstaller in the Registry, which is what you find in the Windows Control Panel under Uninstall a Program. But if you decide to check on last time, after the list loads, click the "Installed on" column heading to group the infections, I mean, additions, by date. This may surface innocently named bundle items that snuck in with some software you agreed to install. Take out as much trash as possible here.
