How can I get my computer to upload Firefox 12?
I keep getting a box asking if I want to update to Firefox 12. I click on it and it just keeps running for hours till I delete it. I do need Fire fox 12 to play some of my games. How can I get this to load? Now it's saying I can't do what's it telling me to do below with troubleshooting because

Do the following:
Go to www.getfirefox.com. Download Firefox 21 (the current latest version, not 12). Install it over your current install of Firefox.
You should be all set after that! :D
If there are problems with updating or with the permanently then best is to download the full version and trash the currently installed version to do a clean install of the new version.
Download a new copy of the Firefox program and save the disk image (dmg) file to the desktop

- Trash the current Firefox application (e.g. open the Applications folder in the Finder and drag the Firefox application to the Trash) to do a clean (re-)install

Your personal data is stored elsewhere in the Firefox profile folder, so you won't lose your bookmarks and other personal data when you uninstall and (re)install Firefox.
