Is this problem new in Firefox 5 compared with Firefox 4, or did it last work in Firefox 3.6?

Do you know whether iPage claims support for Firefox 4 and 5?

If there is an incompatibility between iPage's web editor and Firefox 4+, it's something that requires deeper inspection and study (and maybe some tinkering) to resolve. We just don't have that much information at the moment.

To see whether this problem is caused by the new HTML5 parser in Firefox 4+, you can turn that off. Please save any unfinished work first.

(1) In a new tab, type or paste about:config in the address bar and press Enter. Click the button promising to be careful.

(2) In the filter box, type or paste html5 and pause while the list is filtered

(3) Double-click html5.parser.enable to toggle it to false (it should turn bold).

Then log in to your editor and see whether it works. Does it make any difference?
