No problem when I download/install onto Explorer.

Using a new Toshiba laptop running Windows 7. (Not the computer I'm using to send this message.)

Already tried de-installing and re-installing latest Firefox.

When I try to download the toolbar, I get a popup that says Firefox prevented the site from asking me to install the program with a button that says "Allow". When I click Allow, I get the warning to only install add-ons from trustworthy authors. When I click "Install Now" on that warning screen, I get the error message that Firefox could not install the file at [file location] because Unexpected installation error and to review the Error Console Log for details.

Anyone have a suggestion? I tried the RoadRunner chat line and they blamed it on Firefox since the toolbar installs fine on Explorer. That's why I re-installed Firefox.

Open the Error Console (Tools > Error Console) and view the error messages. When you locate that specific error message, right-click it and select Copy and then Paste that message here. That should tell us what's wrong.

The Road Runner chat line doesn't know what they are talking about, IE uses a different version of any Toolbar than Firefox needs and the installation method is usually different - apples to oranges.
