Cancelling Mozilla VPN subscription when no subscription listed and no app installed
Since 9/30/2020 and every month thereafter up to and including 6/30/2021, my late wife was charged $4.99 for the Mozilla VPN. She passed away after a two-year battle with pancreatic cancer on 7/5/2021. I want to cancel this subscription, but I don't see it listed as a subscription in her Firefox account screen, and I have no idea if (or where) she installed the app. Neither Firefox nor Mozilla list an actual phone number one can call if one runs into an issue like this, so that adds to the nightmare of losing a woman I knew and loved for 41 years.
