Want to request a refund for the Mozilla VPN product. However, the instructions provided snd the results I get, from following those instructions, are different.
Please help, to cancel the Mozilla VPN account. Purchased on 03/29/2021, it has cleared. Attempted to use on the Win10 box, after updating, shows a box "Waiting for subscription confirmation". Click on sign-in then it goes to payment info screen. The problem is I already purchased it 2 weeks ago, less than 30 days. Would like a refund at this point. Thank you P.S. Please help!

This bug has been reported by other users already and our technical department is working hard on solving this as we speak. In order to get Mozilla VPN to work I can suggest you do the following: - set Firefox as your default browser - clear cookies & cache - enable popup blockers - de-install and re-install the VPN Application It would be also super helpful, if you could send the VPN logs so our team can take a look and diagnose the issue. I also need to cancel my wife's subscription to Mozilla VPN. She's on the yearly plan, so her checking account gets charged $4.99 at the end of each month. My dear wife passed away on 7/5/2021. This is 7/23/2021, so her account will get charged again in a week. My problem is that I can neither find a subscription on one of her devices nor do I see any reference to it in her purchase history. I do hope someone can help me. There is no one I can call (why doesn't Mozilla post a customer service phone number?!). My wife's FireFox account is under the email .

Never received a response to my question, nor a way to request a refund. When I purchased the VPN they should have sent a COA of some kind in case you needed to reinstall Firefox. That is exactly what I had to do, and now I cannot get the VPN back without a repurchase. Not going to that. I had it on 2 PC's, now just 1. Will use it on that 1 and wait for the VPN agreement to expire. I learned if I had backed up something some information would have been saved. However, in my opinion, that is weak.
..additionally the steps in the article do not work as shown. I do not get the screens that their screenshots portray.
