I have to guess where to click on the web site. Or if there is a blank box - I have to guess what it will do when I click on it.

Is this a problem you're experiencing on your Firefox OS phone? What website is having issues?

Thanks for the info!

This is on my Windows 7 laptop. All sites that have a "button" to click. For example: When shopping online, I have to guess where the "add to cart" button is - a box doesn't even appear. In google calender, when I click on the detail for an appointment, the there is a box for return to the calendar, but the box doesn't have a "back" arrow, which it used to have. I've seen another post about buttons not appearing on web sites. It may be a bug in Firefox. Some suggested reverting to an older version of Firefox. Do you recommend this?

Thanks, for any help you can give.

It sounds like you're having a problem with Firefox for desktop, not Firefox OS, correct?

You may want to try troubleshooting in Safe mode. Start Firefox in Safe mode and then see if the problem goes away. If so, re-activate your plugins and extensions one by one until you locate the one causing the problem.

If the problem does not go away, you can talk to Mozilla Support volunteers at the Firefox for Desktop support forum. They will be much more knowledgeable and able to assist you better.
