I am trying to log into a remote HikVision camera. I get to see the camera controls, but a small yellow line appears in the middle of the screen. After that I am unable to see or do anything.

I use WhatsApp web with Firefox 151.0.3 on a Macbook Air. In WhatsApp web, you should be able to emoji over a message sent by someone else. One clicks on the smile icon at the side of the message, the emoji pallet appear above and select one of a handful of emojis. Since a recent update, the pallet no longer opens. It's just white space, the cursor does not change allowing you to pick one of the emojis. See screenshot. Is there a fix for this please?

Google Maps displays black map tiles in Firefox, while it works normally in other browsers. The issue persists after disabling extensions, testing Troubleshoot Mode, clearing the graphics cache, resetting graphics preferences, and testing a new Firefox profile. Firefox version: [version]. On some sites the popup to change cookie settings is not opening properly I have tried disabling all extensions or browser guards like malwarebytes but stiil not working. Everything works using a different browser.

I noticed this for the past 2 firefox updates. So its been going for over a week. Using yahoo search engine and using context search, right clicking to highlight words for search results ends in a blank page randomly, if i get a search result then for example i choose images of the search, i end up with error server 500 while using firefox or the page results refuse to show more than one page of results clicking result page 2,3,4 etc wont register clicks. Only way to fix this is by closing firefox and running a new session. I also ran google search engine on firefox and works fine with highlight word, right click menu, word search. Tested the same procedure with opera on the same pages zero problems.

I'm on 153.0.4 (64-bit) and after the last update, drop-down arrows are non-functional. I use Firefox at work and the dashboards that I've been using can't be used because I can't make selections. I'm having to use Microsoft Edge (yuk).

Is there something I can do to restore the drop-down behavior?

Has anyone reported this before? I am working as a contractor for a BigTech company. I am using an online platform/tool of theirs for several years now but after a recent update the work area doesn't show scroll bars anymore. That means I cannot scroll the editor window and can't go beyond the first page. This makes working (and earning money) almost impossible. As even for the tiniest edit I have to download huge tasks which is extremely time-consuming. An inquiry with my manager there indicated that other contractors on firefox experience the same issue. so they consider it a firefox compatibility issue of some kind. They gave me the advice to use Chrome, Edge or Safri instead. Well, I use firefox because I do not want to use Chrome/Edge... Don't know about Safari but my PC is on Windows... Any idea what can cause it and how to resolve the issue?

Can not any longer control Trendnet PTZ security cameras thru Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Browser - seeking help have 16 Trendnet cameras - it will cast a lot of $$ to replace them IE explorer compatibility is desired.

Back in September 2025 we had the same issue for months and it was due to a Mozilla bug. This just happened today after the last Firefox update. I have a desktop with windows 10 and a pretty new laptop with windows 11 both from Dell. They both have the same problem.

I get the email from One Drive and I see the pictures on the email. I click on them to got One Drive to see them all and it goes gray, not loading pictures. I can see them in the Edge browser!!!!!

I really hope this does not take moths to be fixed again.

Please create a new version of the browser app that supports the ability to use FileSystemAPI on directories, this is essential for working with a BeatBuddy project and SD cards that are saved on my computer using the online editor.

Firefox has stopped displaying the COX home page at https://www.cox.com/residential/home.html?campcode=redir-myc-hom . I can see the back pages if I connect to them from a link, but the home pages does not display. All I get is a error that says, "Oops something is wrong. Please try again later. And a circle that just "buffers" constantly. If I connect though a book mark to the payment page or one of the other pages I can see it. The error used to start for a minute when I turned my computer on and correct itself but now it is permanent.

Cox is telling me that it is a Firefox issue and I should get "another browser". But there is nothing better then Firefox. Everyone else works, even Google and Yahoo, just not COX.

Google maps displays a map and then, a few seconds later the map goes black. I found an archive thread called "Google Maps suddenly displaying black" where it is suggested to use ctrl+F5 to bypass the cache. That solution works but then, a few seconds later: Boom, the map goes black.

Seems to me that when the page is refreshed by a script in the map that whatever gets downloaded corrupts the map and then when the refresh occurs, the map goes black.

What ever this "corruption is" Firefox fails to display the content correctly. I have killed my cache, disabled extensions, used troubleshooting mode, switched to the "auto" system theme etc. The key combo is the only way to temporarily recover the map. I should also point out that I see differences in the map UI, it looks like Google updated the UI in maps.

Within the last week of time, all of a sudden, my ability to access Grok.com seems to be failing. Most of the time it seems to get stuck on "Transferring Data: CDN.GROK.COM". Grok attempted to assist in this matter, we have set a new blank profile for Mozilla, we have tried setting network.http.http3.enabled to false, we have tried relaxing the tracking protection for the website, but nothing seems to be helping. Grok feels that this may be due to a update done around the 18th of August.

There is a brief, black flash that occurs after I enter grok.com in the search bar (using Google search for the engine), and then it gets stuck at the above point. I am in a very intense project with Grok, and I absolutely hate Chrome browser, but Grok works fine in Chrome browser, and my mobile. I am running this on a Razer 14", with AMD Ryzen 9, Windows 11 (full legal version), and Microsoft products. Plenty of HD space, and once again, it DOES work with Chrome.

I have to use Edge in order to edit my Etsy shop..I can still do everything else in Etsy with Firefox. this all changed after the last Firefox upgrade a couple days ago

Issues since the update to version 154 on Yahoo. Not noticed on Google. Half the time I do a search on yahoo I get the following message.

Looks like there’s a problem with this site

The server at search.yahoo.com sent back an error: 500 Internal Server Error What can you do about it?

   Check to make sure you’ve typed the website address correctly.
   The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.

Or I get search results and when I click on the next page of results, I get the same message. Have a couple of times got a blank page with "about:config" which is a duplicate of what happened with version 149 release.

Come on Firefox.....

What has changed with Firefox, in the past I could access Weatherbug map and the cities text would display, now it does not? If I access Weatherbug map in Microsoft Edge, the text displays. I have a similar issue with a local bowling league stats site, it doesn't display completely in Firefox, but does in Edge.

All of a sudden images don't load, flashing black/white, other browsers works fine, I've tried every ordinary suggestions, (can't login to gmail, other Google functions don't work). Seems to be something wrong with flash or other add-ons in Firefox, I haven't changed anything, just Firefox not working.
