Why is it that when I download a pdf, it still has a bar across the top that I can't get rid of asking me to download the file? very annoying error that wastes screen space.

The android version of firefox has a problem the displays a bar asking to download an open pdf whether the pdf is already downloaded or not. There's no option to turn off this bar that ends up blocking a lot of screen space. Maybe I'm missing something. Thanks for looking into this.

open downloaded pdf from "download tab" in new tab always

open downloaded pdf from "download tab" in new tab always. Opening in the same last tab, destroys the opened tab which often not support back option e. g. Banking website… (lire la suite)

There should be an option whether the pdfs should be opened in the app or just DOWNLOAD, because sometimes the pdf is long enough that it takes much time to load and afte… (lire la suite)

I am using Android 14 and Firefox for Android version 134.0.1 (Build #2016067655).

How do I edit PDF files in the Firefox Android app? I chose the Settings category at random when I entered this post because I couldn't find one that was applicable to the question.

I did a lot of searching in the Firefox Android Community and Firefox Android Support areas, as well as Internet searches but I couldn't find anything that was specific to Android.
