I am seeing on a Windows 7 unit that I can update to version 115.19.0esr, but I tried to use the Google search tool to check what that version is all about, and nothing. I have tried various ways on pages of what I think is Mozilla and nothing. Where can I find information about version 115.19.0esr? Or has your browser in my unit been taken over by a malware type situation and I am in danger?

BTW, when I clicked on the "What's New" link I saw nothing about that "New" version I am being asked to update to. Oh yes, I am constantly seeing that 'Please Update' window, too.

So if this is a true version from your company/orghanization, where is the information about it?

Just in case you wish to know, I do have about ten screenshots of all that I have been running into as I have tried to find information about 115.19.0esr. And if you are going to inform me that you don't support Windows 7 so you aren't showing any information about an update your browser keeps asking me to update to, I am going to send a letter to some regulator and explain that somebody is not doing there job properly. If you keep nagging me to update, then you should be informing as to why!

Extensions do not show the option "pin to taskbar". In the extension page, the toolbar doe snot show the option to pin. See screenshot. How do I enable this? Thanks

recently i have bought a membership on a website called anizium.com and there are 4k resulotion animes, my friends can watch them on 4k but i cant, they use chrome. After i downloaded chrome to check, and yeah i can watch them on 4k on chrome. Is there any solution to that bc i have been using firefox for years now and i dont wanna just use chrome to have 4k. Mozilla changed my location to portugal. All i see are ads in portuguese and it is annoying. I don't have a vpn on, doesn't matter how many times i change it back, it keeps showing me portuguese. How do i change it back?

I've been using Firefox as my browser for a few years. I have to explain this. I turned 65 this year so I had to sign up for medicare. You have to go to the Social Security web site to sign up for medicare. I've had an acct with SS for a long time. When you log in it, it now gives you a choice. It tells you the normal log in "My SS" will eventually be stopped. They give you a choice of "Login.gov" I forgot the other, both telling you that you have to set up a 2nd type of authentication that it's you. So I purchased and installed a fingerprint scanner. I love it. I created an acct with login.gov. After logging in the next step is the fingerprint. You click on it the color things start swirling around trying to pick up the scanner but this box at the same time appears over it preventing login from seeing it. It says "this is a request from firefox" I've been using Turbotax for a year or two. Last week I logged into my acct with them and right away it popped up it see's the scanner and let me sign in with the fingerprinrt. So I know it works, and other sites do see it. Please Help! I'm not very technical with this stuff. Is it from Firefox or is it my PC? Attached is a pic of what I get trying to log in. You can zoom in on it.

I am not able to download videos from Facebook or you tube to my desktop while using Firefox. My default is Klite standard worked as of yesterday not all i see is the icon for klite standard not the video it self. and i do not see it in the application on the generals tab. it is messed up i even tried windows media player and that as well did not work. all the video download fail . so meting is very wrong. I even re installed firefox and that did not help. i will try and explain this better. when i go to you tube and try and down load a video to my desktop using Fire fox all i see is the out line of the video the video does not come up. see the attachmentsbold text

I must absolutely use Firefox 48 because it is the latest version to support showModalDialog()

I installed Firefox 48 on Windows and everything is ok, it works as it should.

On MacOS Sequoia, on the other hand, Firefox starts, the menus in the “Apple” bar at the top are usable, but the browser window is totally transparent, only the border and title bar are slightly visible.

I read on the support forum that it might be enough to disable hardware acceleration, but I can't do that because the options page doesn't even show!

I have just got a new laptop and installed everything in relation to Firefox onto it. I have used the Nordpass extension for a couple of years and on the old laptop this is version 5.23.13 updated 16/10/24. On visiting the add-on and extension site today there is only a legacy version 4.33 updated 2y ago which clearly no longer works. Where has it gone. Clearly I am going to ask the same question of Nord, but I hope you can help.
