I already went into safe mode but I had the same problem. I can get into my bank account but try to go to BillPay and it is loading forever. AT SwansonVitamins I do search for a product and it comes up with blank page and will not show any data or do anything. Nextdoorand Picknsave do not come up at all. Some other sites work but are very slow. I can get to those sites with Chrome.

The problem is illustrated in the first image attached: Google Maps shows no image, just solid black. This does not occur in browsers other than Firefox.

After restarting my laptop, the same problem persists, but on first going to the Google Maps website the usual image of my neighborhood flashes, then disappears to be replaced by the black.

The second attached image shows four possible causes and fixes offered by Google AI. I tried them all, and nothing made any difference. This image also shows that the thumbnail image appears when my cursor hovers over the tab in which Maps is open.

The only thing out of the ordinary I did before this problem occurred was browsing the Firefox Extensions on advice of Google AI to turn off the intrusive "Genius" AI pop-ups, but I didn't discover anything relevant and I don't think I made any changes.

I'd welcome any suggestions for what to try next,

For the past few weeks I've been unable to click on images on google images to expand them, and I can only scroll down ten or so rows before the thumbnails don't even load and only show white.

I have recently purchased a new Dell pc, with Windows 11. I find that I can not use the "chat" on one of my pharmacy website. When I bring up the Chat window, there is no place to respond at the bottom. Can anyone help me with this issue?

When I try to post a comment on LinkedIn, a dark veil appears on screen. I have never seen this before. As far as I know, I have not changed any settings. LinkedIn says it's a firefox problem. I can upload a screenshot if needed.

When I start Firefox in the morning, I normally have multiples pages open, which I need for work. Over the course of the day, the websites become unreadable in terms of the fonts and even new pages I cannot see all of the fonts. I have attached a image from a new website I loaded and if you look above username and below log in you will see messed up fonts that are unreadable. They even print that way. I have to exit all pages and restart Firefox to make it go away. It is a pain to have to do that and re-log into all the sites I need open during the day. This has happened for about a year. I update it all the time and it never fixes it. I have a desktop computer. I have windows 11 professional. I have all updates to windows and all updates to programs in Microsoft Store. I have Firefox 152.0.6 (64-bit). I have reported this before but go not useful information from the report I put on here.

Firefox is showing me an older version of a website. When I'm opening the same site in other browser it is changes, but mozilla is still showing me previous version. what should I do to fix it?

I started noticing this after the firefox DLSS collab announcement. I have an OLED display. Sometimes the content is not shown properly like dead pixels or wrong places. One example i'm using claude, claude is generating result , orange rectangular boxes will appear over the text. If i scroll then i can read again. It's this glitchy experience in displaying content. If you are thinking it might be a issue with my display, no, i only have this problem with firefox. As i'm writing this a white box is placed over the address bar, then i switched tabs and it's gone. I don't know if it helps but i have 20 something tabs open. I also have a PC running Fedora, IPS display, I haven't noticed this bug there

Recently when i go to a new url in Firefox, it often takes me to the very bottom of the page right after it loads. For example, it just happened on fidelity.com. I haven't changed any app settings, but there have been app updates. Can anyone help?

Since 09sep2026, the "Currently" news area layout no longer displays text next to each photo. Instead there are vertical boxes with photos, then a short column with a few games, etc. boxes, then the right half of the page is blank. I have AT&T fiber internet service, which pushes "Currently". I have not changed any settings. I am still on Win 10, with an HP display. I have done all available updates to Win 10. Thank you for your assistance!

I am unable to open applications in Firefox. When I try to open an application, nothing happens or it does not load properly. I have already tried restarting Firefox, but the problem still exists. Please help me fix this issue.

I hopped over to the ideas page because I had a couple suggestions, and found I was not alone because lo and behold someone else had the same ideas. So I decided to agree by hitting the kudos button, but imagine my surprise when instead of adding to the number of users who supported the idea, this feature only seemed to reload the page for me!

I get the following error message when trying to access Microsoft Outlook.

Something went wrong server Error(/): GetSections returned no conversation history

I've already 1) restarted the computer, 2) cleared my cookies and cache, 3) re-started firefox in troubleshoot mode, 4) reinstalled firefox... none of those fixed the problem.
