Firefox opens to yahoo.com then closes and another page opens saying: Unable to connect Firefox can’t connect to the server at report.error-report.com. When I open a new window it connects to yahoo.com.

I got so frustrated with not being able to reinstall Firefox because I kept getting the error message "Your Firefox profile cannot be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessible". So I deleted all the profiles after copying them to an external hard drive. Then I copied the file ending in.test from the Old Firefox data folder on my desktop to the AppData/Roaming/Mozilla/Firefox/ profile. Then I copied the biggest file ending in .default from the backed up Local profiles to the AppData/Local/Mozilla/Firefox/ profile. It doesn't matter if I delete or keep the Old Firefox data folder on my desktop, I still get the Profile Missing error message. What can I do, so my laptop would appear as if it had been powered up straight out of the box and never had Firefox initially installed or what do I do with my profiles to make them accessible?

Best topic is covered by all of the options, unfortunately! If I have done anything incorrectly it was done thru lack of tech savvy for which I apologize for. I have to go take care of the horses now, thank you for any help you may have.

I have been with Firefox for years as default browser but recently been having probs. It wont open from Start or my taskbar. Keeps going to New tab at top of screen. Tried reinstalling but still the same. What has happened?

latest update from 150.01 to 150.02 crashed compatibility error can't open firefox. error platform version 150.01 is not compatible with minver>=150.02. can't even open anymore

I was trying to do something with my bookmarks yesterday and I must have pushed the wrong icon. Firefox then became unavailable. I'm 88 years old and not fully at home with computer language. I tried Chrome, but it's not available like Firefox.

I had been using the Mozilla Firefox VPN for a few weeks, but now it will not launch. I sign in without a problem but when I click on the VPN icon on the toolbar, nothing happens. I just get the pop-up to try the VPN and "Get Started" (see attachment).

Please advise.

How can I resolve the failure to open because it can't find the XPCOM. I downloaded a new copy but the computer insists on using the older, faulty version to open files and it will not work.

Firefox browser does not open when I click on the short cup. Instead it opens 2 small windows, one is a website I visited previously and the other is Firefox settings. Why is this happening? I have Windows 10 on my computer but that should not have anything to do with the Firefox browser or search engine not opening. When it opened the small screen that only showed Firefox settings I clicked it to open in full screen and now there is no option to make the screen smaller or exit the Mozilla support page. And, now with this full screen I can't even do a screen shot to show you what I am talking about. Does anybody know what is going on with this?

Hello, I cannot open my browser. I did try Microsoft edge and that one worked....but I want my Firefox one! I did reset my modem. Can you help me please?

According to everything I CAN see, I have Firefox 150. I am still using Windows 10 and I don't seem to have problems with that. However, I CANNOT get to the Firefox Browser. I am very frustrated with only seeing Mozilla this, Mozilla that, but not Firefox. When I go to the help section I am able to click on Firefox Browser, so I know you still have it. The main item that is very different is clicking on Firefox to open it, and then seeing 3 different ways to login. I'm at a loss, and I'm frustrated. Please help me so that I may sign in to Firefox BROWSER.

By the way, when I click on Themes-Add-ons for Firefox and choose what I think looks like PINK, it isn't pink! It's a very strange purple color. I want PINK. Thank you, RhonCa
