Hello Mozilla community,

I'm encountering a perplexing issue with Mozilla Firefox that I hope someone here can shed some light on. Whenever I set Mozilla Firefox as my default browser, I experience difficulties accessing my website. The site continuously buffers but never fully loads, leaving me unable to view its content.

However, when I switch to a different browser as my default, such as Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, the website loads without any issues moreover my website is related to Picoworker which runs smoothly on other browsers (Screenshot is also attached). This leads me to believe that the problem might be specific to Mozilla Firefox.

I've tried troubleshooting by clearing the browser cache, disabling extensions, and even reinstalling Firefox, but the problem persists. I've also checked for any errors in the browser console, but nothing seems out of the ordinary.

Could there be any compatibility issues between my website and Mozilla Firefox that are causing this problem? Or is there something else I should investigate to resolve this issue?

Whenever I try to log into my online banking all I get is a white screen, nothing whatsoever.

I can log in just fine using the dreaded Microsoft Edge or Chrome but firefox will not work.

Now, I do know that I have actually logged in with firefox because if I come back to the page 10 minute later I get a banking message saying that as I haven't done anything for 10 minutes it has now logged me out!

I have cleared cache & cookies, I've started in safe mode and looked at the threads in the forum but nothing helps.

This is happening on all instances of firefox that I have, work, home, laptop.

Directions are sync & save data. This is wrong. There is NO "sync and save data" in the iOS FF menu. See attached. Therefore cannot scan QR code. Email does not work because FF does not recognize my password which is written down and I am signed on to Mozilla. in iPhone settings FF allows camera. FF is set up to permit sync. The open tabs on PC do not sync to FF on phone. All directions do not work or are totally unclear. Nothing seems to agree with anything. Cannot sync. Cannot scan QR code. Cannot verify password.

I've been using custom icons for all of my 36 shotcuts on Firefox start page. Today I opened Firefox and my icons are gone, Firefox slowy created its own ones and now I can't refresh them to bring back my own, despite there are my links pasted into entry. It's really time consuming to bring back old icons one by one, I have to upload each of them again to get new links, because somehow Firefox sees old links being in use and there's no way to refresh preview of them. Please give me faster method to bring back my old setting, I really hate changes so much!

Ever since Firefox updated to ver 126.0 it no longer autocompletes with past history of visited websites like it used to. As a matter of fact it doesn't do anything in the url bar anymore. Everything is turned on in settings but no luck. I have even tried uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox but nothing is working. I am on Windows 10 if this matters...thanks

Hi, I've used Wondershare uniconverter for quite a while without issue. Recently, every time I start a download in uniconverter, firefox crashes/closes. I tried troubleshoot mode in firefox with all extensions and add-ons disabled (I only have 1) and also cleared cache and cookies. Issue remains.

Has anyone come across this and/or has any suggestions?

Windows 10, Firefox 120.0 (64 bit), Microsoft Surface Pro.

We moved (1000 miles) and I when I use Google Maps in Firefox (not in Chrome or Edge), it still shows my location being at our old address. Very frustrating. Clearly is a Firefox issue because as stated, my correct location is shown using other browsers on the same computer.

My preferred browser is Firefox, but this is very frustrating. I searched for solutions but came up with nothing that related to the issue being ONLY in Firefox, not other browsers. I.e., it is not a system issue, it is clearly an application (Firefox) issue, so I'm looking for a fix at that level.

I was advised to use the Authenticator.cc extension for my Firefox browser on Windows 10 PC, I can't get it to run. It downloads but will not then do anything. I can't get the icon into the menu bar, I can't scan a QR code, it just will not perform. Why not?

I uninstalled then reinstalled Firefox. I was able to recover my bookmarks, add-ons, and login information. But I do not know how to recover by pdf files. Are they gone for good?

I am not sure if the topic is the right one I choose.

My question/complaint: recently websites, although mostly websites from my bookmarks, seem not available or existing. Mostly after a few minutes and a new trial, the website comes back as if nothing was wrong. Could it be the last update from Firefox? I never had these "problems" (a big word for minor inconveniences) before and I use Firefox at least during the last 15 years.

Hello, Whenever I try to open something on Firefox, for example, the Library, I get the message "Mozilla Firefox (Not Responding) and it hangs with no immediate responsive action. I click on any Firefox button or tab and I get the same message and I get the blue little circle and I sit and wait about 30 seconds or more. The page or tab eventually works but it hangs for 30 seconds or more. It is frustrating. Please help.

Hi guys.

Need some help. I can't download any files using Firefox. It always says, "Failed".

I tried other browsers, and I'm able to download just fine.

I already tried this guide, https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/cant-download-or-save-files, but still same.

I haven't tried to re-install Firefox because I have a bunch of workbook marks that might get lost. So, I want the re-install option as a last resort.
