I have these printers.

"HP LaserJet M109-M112" (the Windows default) "HP LaserJet 1020"

Regardless of the value of print.sav_print_settings, the first print dialog after starting Firefox shows "HP LaserJet 1020".

If I manually put "HP LaserJet M109-M112" (no quotes) in print_printer, it reverts to "HP LaserJet 1020" the next time Firefox starts.

How do I make "HP LaserJet M109-M112" Firefox's default? Thanks.

I have the following problem and situation: I reinstalled Windows and did not write down the password for the Firefox account, and after logging in I restored the password, but it feels like my account has been re-registered, all saved tabs and passwords do not appear, but at the same time there is only one email that was used for synchronization and logging into the Firefox account. this email you can also contact through it: [email address]

I've lost everything in bookmarks. The toolbar. The general bookmarks. Everything. Could this be because I tried to download Claude on my new mac mini. Help please. We only use firefox. All the time!

I just reorganized all of my bookmark folders, as well as bookmark locations inside my folders a few days ago. 5 minutes ago I updated my Firefox desktop browser and now my bookmarks are all messed up & my newer folders are missing. Why is this happening & how do I stop it?

Over the years I have saved many bookmarks across several different devices. Therefore the bookmarks vary between devices. Is there any way that I can tidy up my bookmarks, deleting many of them, on my main machine and then have all the other devices Synch to that list only?

I have tried deleting ALL the bookmarks on the "subsidiary" devices and then synched them but that didn't work. I think I'm asking whether one device can be made the "master" for all the others to Synch to that one and none of the others.

I would like to eliminate the websites which are done by an AI in my brownser. Especially those were no redactor is mentionned. Is it possible ?

Where is the configuration setting that enables javascript. Consumer Reports requires that the application be enabled to participate in a webinar I want to attend

These icons appeared recently in my Firefox browser I can't remove them. The only recent changes included uninstalling SuperAntiSpyware after finding that Microsoft PC Manager is a better option, which has performed excellently without issues.

Additionally, a free VPN (Proton) was briefly used from the Firefox browser without installation, but after finding it complicated to set up, it was deleted. A few hours later, I noticed the two icons as the windows were misbehaving and they are causing a slowdown in the PC's performance. They do not seem to be add-ons or extensions.

How do I remove the icons and return to the previous performance?

Ever since upgrading to Windows 11, my Firefox installation has occasionally been unable to resolve domain names of some websites. Example domains:

• apps.powerapps.com
• static.cdninstagram.com
• google.com

As I was trying to debug this, I discovered that the DNS resolution and connection timings are just over 30 seconds (see the attached image). This is highly unusual.

• The issue does not occur with other web browsers on my computer (i.e., Microsoft Edge).
• The issue has persisted across reboots.
• I have already reinstalled Firefox (and wiped the temp files and appdata profile before installing again).
• The issue does not occur with other devices on my home network.
• DNS over HTTPS has been manually disabled.
• Changing DNS resolvers in my Windows settings does not fix the issue.
• The issue is still present with a fresh, unmodified installation of Firefox.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! I love Firefox and do not want to switch to a different browser.

I am suddenly unable to login to my iCloud account using Mozilla Firefox. I was always able to do so before now. I am able to login using Microsoft Edge browser. I have disabled the Firefox pop-up blocker but still not working. When I input my username and password, iCloud sends me an authentication code... but that next pop-up screen from iCloud having a place to input the code does NOT pop-up, so I cannot enter the code. That pop-up screen comes up in MS Edge. Any help is appreciated!! I'm running Windows 10

when I go to icloud.com to view and download photos and all my icloud stuff on my phone, I can no longer sign in using firefox. I turned off the shield security but no help. There used to be a pop-up that let you enter the code apple emailed you so you could access your icloud stuff on the web. Now there is no place to enter the code they send you. I enabled pop-ups too, but that didn't work. Help! I need my photos! And I use that site pretty much constantly-

I've noticed that Youtube videos on Firefox are far more washed out when compared to Google Chrome. HDR is enabled on my Monitor and in Windows 11; however, the issue is present for standard SDR videos as well. Any idea what is going on here?

I am unable to sign into the iCloud web page on Firefox. I can sign in on Microsoft Edge, or on the Safari browser on my phone, so this is clearly a Firefox specific problem. When I try to sign in, the page skips the option that verifies my identity and goes straight to a message saying "Failed to verify your identity, Try again" without allowing the verification to occur. The verification would occur if the page would allow it to, as it does in the other browsers I mentioned. This was working fine last time I logged in a few days ago, so this is a new problem. I could switch over to Edge, but would prefer to use Firefox, if I can. Please help me. Thank you.

Suddenly I cannot log into icloud from your browser. I can log in using other devices and other browsers. Fire Fox gives me an error message "Failed to verify your identity. Try again"
