After the most recent FF update, I can no longer upload pictures from my laptop to FB. I cannot see replies to posts in the main feeds. I have to go to the individual post pages to see them. Upon trying to sign into FB I often now get a message that says the feature is not working, but I click on it again and am able to log in. The feeds are taking a long time to load - I can see 3-4 posts and then icons that show the rest of the feed is trying to load, I do not have AVG or the other thing (bitdefender maybe, or something like that) others have been having problems with, that was resolved in a recent 'FB not working' thread -- that was supposedly solved with a recent update. A few minutes ago my laptop shut down while I was on FB. I did all of the suggestions regarding clearing the cache, cookies, etc. So there is still a big problem with FB. I did report my inability to upload pictures directly to FB but I don't have any replies from them. Unrelated, I am sure, but my bookmarks were gone again this morning, for like the 24th time and I had to do the profile folder fix to get them back. I have Norton antivirus and FF is synced to my cell phone but I prefer using my laptop for all internet activity because the screen is obviously bigger. I do not want to use another browser because of security issues. Thank you.

My Tbird email was not working, so I tried a "clean re-install" as recommended on your website. I lost everything, contacts, archive, pics, email.. .years worth. Please tell me I can retrieve them.

I am computer literate, but please remember that literacy is a 4th grade degree of knowledge so please be gentle with me. I have installed Thnderbird on a new computer but cannot import the address book from my old computer. Please help. Thank you.

All of a sudden every time I open something in an email it automatically creates a new tab. When I delete what I have open it takes me out of my email account and I have to delete the tab to get back to my remaining emails. I have changed nothing so I am confused as to why it has recently changed.

I use Thunderbird on a PC. It has began to open evry e-mail I select as a pop-up window. This is unusual for me, and I do not want it. I just want to open the e-mail inside those windows that already exist on the screen. It has been like that before. In settings I have selected to open e-mails in an "existing window" Is this korekt? Finally one more question: can I write in Danish here? It would be easyer for me to explain my problem in danish.

Thunderbird er begyndt at åbne enhver e-mail jeg klikker på som et pop op vindue. Dette er usædvanligt for mig, og jeg ønsker det ikke. Der findes jo allerede en velegnet rude til visning af en e-mail inde i programmet(thunderbird).

Hvordan skifter jeg tilbage til den visning(åbning af e-mail) jeg har været vant til?

Since this morning, I haven't been able to access Bsky on my laptop because of a supposed HSTS risk, which means I can't add an exception to visit it. I use Firefox on my Android and going to the mobile version of the website lets me in no problem, so I assume there's an issue with my laptop.

I'd usually wait a few days and let it solve itself but just in case it's something on my end, I'd like to solve it! I'm on 151.0.4 (64-bit), don't use a VPN or an anti-virus, I have a couple of privacy add-ons but they've been here forever and they've never caused a fuss. I can post a screenshot of the error code and the certificate it sends me if it's any help.

The UK is supposed to be supported for form autofill, but it doesn't work. I suspect it's because I use a VPN and Firefox thinks I'm in a different country.

How can I enable it in all countries so I can actually use it? I want to autofill name, address, and credit card details.

when turning "show voice search" to off the voice search button is still present and usable on the new tab screen.

i also have the AI control for voice search off and yet it still functions

is there a way to remove it from this screen as well?
