I used to have LIBRARY and ORGANIZE in the drop-down menu of Bookmarks...They disappeared after having to RESET Firefox a while back. I have tried searching everywhere, settings, etc.

You need for "Manage Bookmarks" to open the Library (Bookmarks and History Manager).

Note that the Library and the Home button aren't present by default on the Navigation Toolbar and you need to drag them out of the Customize palette to the toolbar.
