Where is the "Stop Bugging me by popping up" option?

A pop-up with title "Get recently closed tabs back with Firefox View" frequently appears. Since I don't want any changes as to what is already working and set up I want the pop-up to go away permanently. However, the only options are "Try it" and "Not now"
