Always have to refresh Firefox to log on to internet

I have a problem in accessing the internet and to do this I re-set my internet connection, refresh Firefox and then restart my computer. I have checked I have an up to date version of Firefox which I have. The Firefox page comes up BUY the Pockets don't load properly and that is when I know I will have yo go through the re-set process to access e-mails etc.

Any ideas please?
