Yes, printing a page with scaling may result in truncated output (bug 1720621). This is resolved in version 91.
We are waiting to hear whether it can be included in an interim update (for example, 90.0.2) or whether we have to wait for Firefox 91.
Version 90.0.2 was released today to fix this printing problem. https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/90.0.2/releasenotes/
