I need to report a situation which may be of interest to Mozilla administration personnel where a major Canadian corporation is stating inflammatory remarks about Firefox security and is restricting Firefox access to customer online accounts. Not knowing a more direct alternative, I am seeking a contact within Mozilla management through this forum with whom I can privately discuss the situation. Any directives would be appreciated.

There is not anything illegal by the canadian company. If its customers want to use FireFox but the company does not, then the customers can do business elsewhere.

In regards to the opinions of the company regarding FireFox, they are entitled to them.

I mean if the company had exceptional performance and or exceptional quality care, then the company would have exceptional things to say.
