YouTube videos won't play if I am signed into my Google account

Today, I am unable to play any YouTube videos if I am signed into my Google account. Once i've signed out of my account it works fine. All other browsers do not have this problem.

I have already tried clearing all my history, cache and cookies and it still does not work.
