when I upload zip files from wetransfer, teh upload is not progressing with the message unknown time remaining (in French : temps restant indéterminé)

I tried all recommended actions of your help pages but without success, including desactivation of fire wall and firefox in without failure mode (in French : mode sans échec). Upload is working well with Google Chrome. Thanks in advance for your help.

It is possible that security software (anti-virus, firewall) is causing the problem. Try to disable security software temporarily to see if that makes a difference.

Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support to see if that has effect in case security software is causing problems.
