Firefox doesn't default to the last printer used, or the default printer, it instead uses another printer all together.

Firefox doesn't default to the last printer used, or the default printer, it instead uses another printer all together. I would like it to default to the last printer used, since, according to reading this site, that's how it's supposed to act.

Firefox 48 is installed on a Windows 7 computer and the user has a roaming profile. Firefox always defaults to printing to the same printer (let's call it Printer1) even after the user changes the default printer in windows to Printer2 and prints to Printer2 from Firefox.

So far I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling FF, going into about:config and resetting the print_printer setting, refreshing FF, and deleting her profile.ini file from C:\%UserProfile%\appdata\roaming\mozilla\firefox without any of that permanently fixing the issue. Resetting the print_printer setting fixes it for a day or so but then it stops working again and defaulting to Printer1.

Does anyone have any suggestions of other things to try? I'm out of ideas.
