Firefox clipboard not copying image colour information correctly

Hi all

I am having a real problem with Firefox on mac. When I copy images from the browser and then paste them into a photoshop document the colour shifts slightly and appears slightly bleached. However if I download the image and open it in photoshop the colours are fine. I've tried copying the same image in both Safari and Chrome and both are fine so it looks to be a Firefox only issue. Can anyone tell me what might be causing the issue?
