Every time I open a new website I get a popup 7769domain. How do I stop this?

Every time I open a website with firefox I get a new tab popping up with the title 7769domain and it is for a survey of whatever site I've just opened. This doesn't happen if I switch to Google, only in Firefox. How do I get it to stop?

Is this with any website, some, a few?
