I have a Mac, OS 10.6.8 (Snow Leopard). I can access my Hotmail contacts page using Safari, and at one point it seemed I could with Firefox. Now when I try to, I get this message:

This page is temporarily unavailable We're sorry, there was a problem showing this page. We experienced some technical difficulties retrieving the content.

Although I had my OS restored a few days ago, this problem may have existed before that, but I was using Safari, so I may not have noticed it.

Please use layman's terms--I am not tech savvy.
