how to delete a addon that reinstalls it self (savedailydeals) and redirects in a new tab?

savedailydeals addon is removed and will reinstall every 4 hours when it is active it redirect in a new tab to auto downloading adds. i Have removed this several times but it keeps coming back. Any help will be welcome. I have used all the current recommended removal processes to complete fail.
