You need to log out of your Wife's gmail and log into yours. http://support.google.com/mail/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=8154

Please update to Firefox 19 as well, your version is out of date.

Try to clear the cookies from Google (Gmail).

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
