Why is the Customize Toolbar window not closing?

When I go to View then to Toolbars then Customize..., I can customize the tolbars just fine, but when I'm finished and click Done/hit Return, the window doesn't close no matter how many times I click done. The only way to get around this glitch is to close out the window, not just the tab. This is very frustrating when I'm in the middle of browsing and have to close.

Every time Firefox opened

== I updated FF to version 3.6

I forgot to add, I have another computer with FF version 3.6, and the same thing happens on that computer.
