Hello,
Free Firefox VPN is being rolled out in US, UK, Germany, and France. However, paid Mozilla VPN subscriptions are available. You could also use VPN 3rd party extensions, which are widely accessible.
The built-in VPN first rolled out in US, UK, Germany, and France starting Fx 149.0. It rolled out in Canada starting Fx 150.0 and I heard Australia will get it starting Fx 152.0.
There's an expansion planned each month with every new Firefox release. I expect South Africa to release along with Australia and New Zealand in one of the next waves.
