I use Thunderbird to bulk report phishing emails I receive to old addresses. I forward these daily to send about 50 messages as attachments to APWP, and Microsoft’s abuse inbox. At some point recently, it started cutting off at 10.

The limit is imposed by your provider, not Thunderbird. Thunderbird has no limit.
