Hi! Mozilla is a non-profit company. Support is offered by a group of volunteers, like myself. That's why support is offered on this forum, not through phone or chat.

As for your question, do you have specifics about the error that you are seeing? Usually there will be an advanced section on the error screen with an error code, which will help to explain exactly why you are having issues.
