Firefox isn't starting
It just started today. I tried command prompt that doesn't help, I tried reinstalling it, that doesn't help. Windows 10.

How are you trying to start Firefox? Are you using a shortcut? Try creating a new shortcut.
I do it from a shortcut on my desktop and also on my task bar. I went onto another account on my computer and it was working fine there. But not on my primary account.
Plus I went onto another account on my computer and it worked there. So I don't really know the issue.
Does anyone know the answer to this question?
The profile that is having the problem; Remove all shortcuts/Taskbar icons. Then create new ones.
Unfortunately it still doesn't work.
Does anything happen when you try starting Firefox?
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the
<Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
Start your Computer in safe mode with network support. Then start Firefox. Try Safe websites. Is the problem still there?

I already tried all of those things and none of them work.
It stopped working after I went to a Facebook page and the computer just suddenly restarted by itself.
Did you try to reboot the computer?
I did. Three times.
Did you do a clean install and delete the Firefox program folder?
Did you try to use the Profile Manager to create a new profile?
I did both of them. And I couldn't access the Profile Manager either.
I just feel half tempted to just bring the computer to Geek Squad or something. Or just giving up.
And why does my Firefox looks like it's from the 90's in my other account on the computer? It looks straight out of something from my Mac Apple Computer from the 90s.
