I deleted downloaded files under browser's downloads section tab... it was mistake...and want to get them back !

Do you mean you cleared the download history. Or did you removed the file from the download history. If this is the case, go to the Downloads tab under the Favorites section as shown in the images and you'll be able to find your file there.
