Full screen menu bar
In full screen Firefox the menu bar is usually half showing, and it takes several tries to get it to come down where I can delete a tab, or switch tabs, or get it to completely disappear.

The "Menu bar" doesn't appear in the Full Screen mode when the cursor is moved to the top of the screen, only the Navigation Bar and the Tab Bar are supposed to show.
Do you have any extensions installed that may have changed that action?
