Replaced theme to default and have disabled all extensions and plug-ins; without obtaining right-click content menu in normal mode. Does return normally in safe mode. Using ver. 3.6.3

What gives?

If everything works fine in Safe Mode, the problems is most likely with one of your Add-ons.
