my yahoo email is not completely opening with Firefox, but it opens fully with Edge, so unlikely to be a Norton firewall issue. i have cleared Firefox cache but that didn't help. firefox says 'not syncing' at top right of screen. Syncing with what? i don't have a smart phone to sync with. A.B.
