I can't access the passwords, I think I deleted somehting important
I deleted most of the info on my Firefox profile, but I left logins.json. Now when I go into about:logins There are no logins, however on that file the websites, username and creation date are still there. I think I might have deleted the passwords. Is there any way I could recover them? I checked all the other profiles: all have no logins.

You should have left the key file (key4.db) as well as that file contains the encryption key and without this key file logins.json is of no use and your passwords are lost.

You might be able to recover the data from the trash/Recycle Bin
