Why is MetaStream 3 Plugin "disabled for your protection"? And what can be done to allow flash content?

You need the Adobe Flash plugin to play flash, not MetaStream.

To install it, using Firefox download the Flash setup file (install-flash_player.exe) from http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer, then close Firefox and run the Adobe Flash setup file to install Flash.
