I Yesterday everything was fine.Today I get online and no master password or any passwords left. Bookmarks are gone as well. Found and old firefox backup copied key3 and logins.json to the new profile that firefox created today.Still no passwords or bookmarks. How can I fix this I do see the new profile has a key4 file instead and not a key3. I even tried to rename key3 to key4 still nothing restored. How can I fix this?Thanks

Installed Plug-ins

Shockwave Flash 17.0 r0 Shockwave Flash 32.0 r0
Having more than one version of a program may cause issues. You must remove the older programs. Then get the current full installer.

Flash: Grab the uninstaller from here: Uninstall Flash Player | Windows {web link} Uninstall Flash Player | Mac {web link}

Then reinstall the latest version.

Note: Windows users should download the active_x for Internet Explorer. and the plugin for Plugin-based browsers (like Firefox).

Note: Windows 8 and Windows 10 have built-in flash players and Adobe will cause a conflict. Install the plugin only. Not the active_x.

Flash Player Version 32.0.0.114

It should not happen, but it does lose your profile data.

Look on your desktop. Do you see a folder called; Old Firefox? Look inside. Look for the folder with the latest creation date.
