How can I change the font T-Bird uses when printing the header and footer areas?

I would like to change the font (typeface and size) that Thunderbird uses for the page Header and Footer areas when printing an e-mail. I have no idea what font Tbird is actually using - it does not appear to be any of the fonts I have selected in the "Fonts & Encodings" options. I have attached a sample of a page footer.

I am using Thunderbird version 52.4.0

Thanks for the help.

It looks like the attachment didn't get there. I'll try again now.
